We cannot praise Sally enough for the mortgage advice and arrangements that she has performed for us over the last 6 years! Just before we were introduced to Sally , we were told by the bank that there was no way we could purchase a new home and rent out our old one without having at least £40k for the deposit. As you can imagine, this was a bit of a kick in the teeth, so we had no choice to put our home on the market. When we told our estate agent of our situation, they recommended that we have a chat with Sally to see if there was anything she could do. Much to our surprise, Sally not only said that it could be possible to have both houses, but also came through for us and 3 months later, we were the owners of a new home and landlords of our old one! Since then, Sally has arranged all of our re-mortgages on both properties and we have recommended her services to many of our closest friends (something we rarely do unless we are absolutely positive that they won’t be let down) and they have all received the same high standards as we have. From our experience, Sally is someone that will work with you and is happy to spend the time going through everything – listening to your thoughts and answering your questions. Never have we had the feeling that things are being rushed or that it is just about the money. Sally will always be our only port of call for mortgages and we will continue to recommend her services.
